Who We Built This For

SwiftLogix is a logistics company in Singapore handling 10,000+ shipments daily across its delivery network. Without real-time tracking infrastructure, the company had no visibility into shipment status mid-transit, resulting in 30% of deliveries missing their service-level agreement (SLA) windows.

What We Set Out to Build

SwiftLogix needed real-time visibility into every shipment moving through its network — from the moment a package left the warehouse to the moment it reached the customer's door. Without this visibility, both the company and its customers were operating blind, only finding out about delays after they had already happened.

The platform tracks every shipment via GPS in real time, feeding location data into an AI route optimization engine that continuously recalculates the most efficient delivery paths based on traffic, distance, and delivery priority. Drivers use a dedicated Flutter app for turn-by-turn navigation, delivery confirmation, and proof-of-delivery capture, while the AI engine reroutes dynamically as conditions change throughout the day.

Customers get their own tracking portal showing real-time shipment location and estimated arrival, backed by automated SMS alerts at key milestones — dispatched, in transit, out for delivery, delivered. This closed the visibility gap on both sides of the delivery: SwiftLogix could now proactively manage SLA risk before it became a miss, and customers no longer needed to call in asking "where is my package."
