ERPNext That Fits Your Business, Not the Other Way Around
We implement ERPNext for manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and service businesses — with proper GST configuration, data migration from Tally or Excel, and custom modules for the parts that don't fit the default setup.
ERPNext Services That Go Beyond Installation
Most ERPNext implementations stop at getting the software running. We go further — custom modules, data migration, proper GST setup, and training so your team can actually use it.
ERPNext Implementation & Setup
Full ERPNext deployment on your server or cloud — chart of accounts, company setup, workflows, user roles, and permissions configured to match how your business actually operates.
Custom Doctype & Module Development
When the standard ERPNext modules don't fit, we build custom Doctypes and modules using Frappe Framework. Your business logic, your fields, your validation rules — not a workaround.
Frappe Framework Development
Server-side Python, client-side JavaScript hooks, custom reports, scheduled tasks, and REST API endpoints — built the Frappe way so upgrades don't break your customizations.
Data Migration from Tally/SAP/Excel
We extract, clean, and import your historical data — customers, suppliers, items, opening balances, and transactions — so you start ERPNext with a complete record, not a blank slate.
Custom Reports & Dashboards
Script reports, query reports, and dashboards that surface the numbers your management team actually needs — not just the 200 default reports that come with ERPNext.
Multi-Company & Multi-Currency
Inter-company transactions, consolidated financials, and foreign currency handling configured correctly for businesses with multiple entities or international operations.
ERPNext API & Third-Party Integration
Connect ERPNext to Shopify, WooCommerce, payment gateways, logistics platforms, and custom applications via REST API — orders, inventory, and payments synced automatically.
Training & Ongoing Support
Department-wise training for accounts, inventory, HR, and operations teams. Monthly retainer plans for bug fixes, small customizations, and version upgrades — we don't disappear after go-live.
How We Implement
Business Process Mapping
We document your current workflows — purchasing, sales, inventory, accounts, HR — and map them to ERPNext modules. This session surfaces what needs configuration vs what needs custom development before a single line of code is written.
ERPNext Configuration & Customization
Chart of accounts, item masters, tax templates for Indian GST, workflows, print formats, and custom Doctypes — configured in a staging environment so you can test before going live.
Data Migration & Testing
Historical data imported and verified — opening balances reconciled, item stock matched, customer/supplier records validated. Parallel run period where both old and new systems are checked against each other.
Training & Go-Live
Role-based training sessions for each department. Go-live on a planned date with us available on-call for the first week. Post-launch support plan in place before we hand over the keys.
Why Businesses Choose Frequent Solutions
Industry Experience Across Verticals
We've implemented ERPNext for manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and services businesses — not just demo setups. The edge cases you hit in production are edge cases we've already solved.
Real Frappe Developers
Frappe developers who can build custom Doctypes that behave exactly like your business needs — server scripts, client scripts, custom print formats, and proper upgrade-safe customizations.
Clean Data Migration
Data migration from Tally, Excel, and legacy systems without losing history. We reconcile opening balances and validate every import before calling it done.
Training That Sticks
We don't just install ERPNext and leave. Department-by-department training with real data from your business, not generic demo data. Your team leaves knowing how to use it.
Integration Experience
API integrations: connect ERPNext to Shopify, WooCommerce, payment gateways, and logistics APIs. Orders, inventory updates, and payment confirmations synced automatically.
Post-Launch Maintenance
Monthly maintenance and version upgrade plans — so your ERPNext stays current and customizations stay working through Frappe's release cycle.
Implement ERPNext Without the Implementation Headaches

Didn't Find What You Were Looking For?
We're here to help you get the answers you need, quickly and clearly.
ERPNext is the right choice if you want a capable ERP with zero licensing cost, are comfortable with open-source, and need strong Indian accounting (GST, TDS) out of the box. SAP is enterprise-scale with enterprise-scale complexity and cost. Odoo has a more polished UI and a larger app ecosystem but the Community edition is less feature-complete than ERPNext. We'll give you an honest comparison after understanding your business size and requirements — there's no one right answer.
Implementation cost depends on the number of modules, the extent of customization, and how much historical data needs migrating. A basic setup covering accounts, inventory, and purchasing for an SME starts from ₹1.5–3 Lakhs. Mid-size implementations with custom modules, integrations, and department training typically run ₹4–10 Lakhs. We provide a fixed-price quote after the process mapping session — no surprises.
Yes. ERPNext has one of the most complete Indian GST implementations among open-source ERPs — GST tax templates, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, e-way bill generation, and TDS/TCS handling are all built in. We configure these properly rather than leaving them at defaults, which is where most DIY implementations go wrong.
Tally exports to Excel or XML. We use these exports to build migration scripts that import your item masters, customer/supplier masters, opening balances, and — where needed — historical transactions into ERPNext. The process takes 1–2 weeks depending on data volume and cleanliness. We do a reconciliation pass before declaring migration complete.
ERPNext works for businesses from 5 people to 5,000. For very small businesses (under 10 people), the full module setup can be overkill — we'll scope it to just what you need rather than activating everything. The advantage of starting with ERPNext early is that you don't outgrow it; you just enable more modules as you grow.
A focused implementation covering 3–4 modules (accounts, inventory, purchasing, sales) with data migration takes 6–10 weeks. Larger implementations with HR, manufacturing, and multiple integrations run 12–20 weeks. Custom module development adds time proportional to scope. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the proposal — not a number designed to win the deal.

Trusted by Teams Across the Globe
Real results from real clients — across AI, SaaS, e-commerce, and enterprise projects.
Before eLiquorWorks, our retail operations ran on spreadsheets and paper logs. Frequent Solutions built us a platform that brought real-time inventory, sales tracking, and purchase management all into one place. The accuracy and reliability have been outstanding from day one.

“Frequent Solutions delivered our AI voice calling agent on time and far exceeded expectations. The call quality is so natural our patients genuinely prefer it over speaking to staff. Their understanding of healthcare workflows was impressive — every detail was thought through.”

The AI WhatsApp lead agent they built transformed our sales pipeline overnight. We went from manually chasing cold leads every day to having an intelligent agent pre-qualify every enquiry automatically. The jump in quality leads within the first month was beyond what we imagined possible.
