OpenCart That Sells — Not Just a Default Install With a Theme
We build custom OpenCart stores with themes designed to convert, payment gateways integrated correctly, SEO URLs that actually work, and custom extensions for the features the marketplace doesn't have.
OpenCart Services Beyond the Basics
From custom theme development to extension builds, payment integrations, and performance optimization — we fix what default OpenCart gets wrong and add what it's missing for your business.
Custom OpenCart Theme Development
Themes built from scratch for your brand — not marketplace themes with 20 unused settings panels. Clean HTML/CSS/JS that your team can maintain without needing a developer for every tweak.
Extension Development
Custom OpenCart extensions for features the marketplace doesn't cover — custom discount logic, B2B pricing rules, integration hooks, and admin panel additions written to OpenCart's extension standards.
Payment Gateway Integration
Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, CCAvenue, and offline payment methods integrated and tested — including webhook handling for payment confirmation and order status updates. PCI-DSS compliant setup.
Multi-Store Setup
Multiple storefronts from one OpenCart admin — separate catalogs, pricing, branding, and domain names. Useful for B2B and B2C arms of the same business or regional store variants.
Catalog Management & Import
Product catalog set up correctly — categories, attributes, option combinations, and bulk import from CSV or supplier feeds. Stock and pricing kept in sync with your warehouse or supplier system.
SEO Configuration & URL Structure
OpenCart's default URLs are terrible for SEO. We set up SEO-friendly URLs, canonical tags, metadata templates, structured data for products, and a proper XML sitemap — things the default install leaves broken.
OpenCart API & Headless
OpenCart's REST API used to connect your store to inventory systems, ERP, accounting software, or a custom mobile app. For headless setups, a separate frontend (Next.js or React) with OpenCart as the commerce backend.
OpenCart to Shopify Migration
If you've outgrown OpenCart or need Shopify's ecosystem, we migrate products, customers, orders, and redirects without breaking your SEO rankings or losing historical order data.
How We Build Your Store
Store Planning & Tech Audit
We audit your current setup (or plan from scratch): catalog structure, payment requirements, shipping rules, multi-currency needs, and integrations. This determines what to configure, what to extend, and what to build custom.
Theme & Extension Development
Theme developed on a staging instance — mobile-first, tested across devices. Custom extensions developed in parallel. You review both before we move to integration.
Payment & Integration Setup
Payment gateways integrated and tested with real transactions in sandbox mode. Shipping integrations, tax configuration, and any ERP/inventory connections wired up and verified.
Launch & Post-Launch Support
Pre-launch checklist: SEO URLs verified, payment tested live, speed benchmarked, caching configured. Launch on a planned date. Post-launch support window for any issues in the first 30 days.
Why Businesses Choose Frequent Solutions
Themes From Scratch
Custom themes built from the ground up — not marketplace themes with 20 unused settings pages. Clean code your in-house team can understand and maintain.
Payments Done Right
Payment integrations done correctly including Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, and offline gateways — webhook handlers, order status updates, and refund flows all wired up and tested.
SEO URL Structure Fixed
OpenCart's default URLs are bad for SEO. We configure clean SEO URLs, redirects, canonical tags, and a proper XML sitemap so search engines can actually index your catalog.
Multi-Store from One Admin
Multiple storefronts managed from a single OpenCart admin — useful for separating B2B and B2C catalogs, regional stores, or white-label store variants.
Extension Development
If the marketplace doesn't have it, we build it — custom pricing rules, shipping integrations, import/export tools, and admin panel additions built to OpenCart's extension standards.
Performance Optimization
Default OpenCart is slow under load. We configure opcode caching, query optimization, image compression, CDN integration, and Redis caching to get your store performing at scale.

OpenCart is a standalone PHP eCommerce platform — no WordPress dependency, lighter than WooCommerce, and free. It's a good choice if you want an eCommerce-focused platform without the WordPress overhead, have an existing OpenCart site to maintain, or need specific catalog features that OpenCart handles well. WooCommerce makes sense if you're building on WordPress. Shopify is best for stores that want a fully managed platform and are fine with paying monthly fees and accepting Shopify's constraints. We build on all three — we'll give you an honest recommendation.
A custom theme with standard payment and shipping setup runs ₹1–2.5 Lakhs. A store with custom extensions, integrations, and a large catalog migration typically runs ₹3–7 Lakhs. Multi-store setups add to this depending on the number of stores and catalog complexity. Fixed-price quote after the planning session.
Yes. OpenCart handles catalogs with tens of thousands of products without issues — the key is correct database indexing, caching configuration (Varnish/Redis), and image optimization. Default OpenCart out of the box is slow with large catalogs; the performance issues are solvable with proper server-side configuration. We benchmark performance before and after optimization.
OpenCart's default URL structure (/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=57) is unindexable in any meaningful SEO sense. We configure SEO URLs (/brand/product-name), set up canonical tags, meta title/description templates per category, breadcrumb structured data, XML sitemap, and robots.txt. For existing stores, we also handle redirect mapping from old URLs to new ones so no ranking is lost.
A simple extension (adding a field, a custom shipping rule, a report) runs ₹15,000–40,000. A complex extension (a full B2B pricing module, an ERP integration, a custom checkout flow) runs ₹50,000–1.5 Lakhs. We scope based on what the extension needs to do — not a flat rate per extension.
Depends on why you're asking. If your store is running fine and just needs new features or a refresh — stay on OpenCart, it's a capable platform. If you need Shopify's app ecosystem, subscription products, or want a fully managed platform — migration makes sense. If you're on an old OpenCart version (1.5.x or 2.x) with years of customizations, we'll audit whether upgrading in place or migrating is the better path before recommending either.

Trusted by Teams Across the Globe
Real results from real clients — across AI, SaaS, e-commerce, and enterprise projects.
Before eLiquorWorks, our retail operations ran on spreadsheets and paper logs. Frequent Solutions built us a platform that brought real-time inventory, sales tracking, and purchase management all into one place. The accuracy and reliability have been outstanding from day one.

“Frequent Solutions delivered our AI voice calling agent on time and far exceeded expectations. The call quality is so natural our patients genuinely prefer it over speaking to staff. Their understanding of healthcare workflows was impressive — every detail was thought through.”

The AI WhatsApp lead agent they built transformed our sales pipeline overnight. We went from manually chasing cold leads every day to having an intelligent agent pre-qualify every enquiry automatically. The jump in quality leads within the first month was beyond what we imagined possible.
