This left less time for agents to focus on leads that were actually ready to move forward.
What We Set Out to Build
PropSmart Realty's agents were drowning in lead volume without a reliable way to separate serious buyers from casual browsers โ every inquiry, regardless of intent, consumed the same amount of agent time to qualify manually. The company needed an AI system that could do the initial qualification work automatically, at WhatsApp scale, before a human agent ever got involved.
The AI agent engages every incoming lead conversationally over WhatsApp, asking the kind of qualifying questions an experienced agent would โ budget range, preferred locations, timeline, financing status โ and uses the answers to match the lead against PropSmart's 300+ active listings. Genuinely interested leads receive curated property matches along with virtual tour links, letting them explore options immediately without waiting for an agent callback.
Once a lead is qualified and shows continued engagement, the system automatically creates and routes the lead into the CRM pipeline, assigning it to the right agent with full conversation context attached.
