Who We Built This For
Bachpan Children's Hospital is a dedicated pediatric care facility in Sikar, Rajasthan, treating patients from birth to 18 years of age. The hospital is led by four director-level pediatricians with fellowship-level training across neonatology, pediatric critical care, neurology, and pulmonology. It operates a 24x7 OPD and emergency service, a fully equipped NICU and pediatric ICU, and an in-house operation theatre — positioning itself as a comprehensive one-stop facility for child healthcare in the region, backed by partnerships with major health insurance providers.
What We Set Out to Build
Bachpan Children's Hospital needed a digital presence that could do what a hospital website rarely manages well: build genuine trust with worried parents searching for urgent pediatric care, while clearly communicating the breadth of specialist services available under one roof. The platform was built around the hospital's core differentiator — director-level pediatric specialists across neonatology, general pediatrics, critical care, neurology, and pulmonology — rather than generic department listings.
The site architecture surfaces what matters most in a medical emergency or urgent pediatric concern: 24x7 OPD availability (including night hours), direct emergency contact numbers, and clear service descriptions for NICU, pediatric ICU, the operation theatre, and vaccination services. Each doctor has an individual profile highlighting their qualifications and specialisation, helping parents identify and request the right specialist for their child's specific condition.
Trust and accessibility were the guiding design principles throughout: the platform integrates six major TPA insurance partners (Bajaj Allianz, Reliance Health, Tata AIG, Care Health, Akna Health, Navi Health) for cashless treatment communication, displays the hospital's 138 Google reviews with an Excellent rating prominently, and provides multiple direct contact paths so a parent never has to dig through menus during an urgent moment.

What Needed to Be Solved
Parents searching for pediatric care online — often during stressful, time-sensitive situations — had no clear way to evaluate Bachpan Children's Hospital's specialist depth, verify insurance coverage, or reach the right department quickly.
