What We Set Out to Build
eLiquorWorks is a full-stack purchase and sales management SaaS platform designed specifically for the liquor retail industry. Unlike generic inventory tools, it understands the unique operational rhythm of liquor stores — from managing daily stock updates and tracking purchase history to recording every sale and generating sales performance reports — all accessible from both a web dashboard and a dedicated mobile app.

What Needed to Be Solved
Liquor retailers and distributors relied on disconnected spreadsheets, paper logs, and generic inventory software not built for their industry. Tracking daily stock changes, recording sales accurately, managing supplier purchases, and analysing business performance required hopping between multiple tools — leading to data errors, stock discrepancies, and no real-time visibility into retail operations. Industry Research & Platform Architecture
Researched the unique operational requirements of liquor retail — purchase cycles, daily sales patterns, regulatory considerations — and architected a web + mobile platform with React frontend, Node.js backend, MySQL database, and REST API.
Inventory & Purchase Management Engine
Built the core inventory management system with real-time stock tracking, update and history features, and developed the purchase management module for supplier order recording, inbound stock tracking, and automatic inventory reconciliation.
Sales Processing & Daily Entry System
