Who We Built This For
Sunrise Hospitals operates a 5-branch hospital network that had relied on paper records and disconnected per-branch systems for years. As patient volume grew, the lack of a unified system began causing billing errors, duplicated records, and long patient wait times โ problems that compounded across branches with no shared visibility into capacity or patient history.
What We Set Out to Build
Sunrise Hospitals needed a single Hospital Management System that could unify operations across all 5 branches โ replacing paper records and fragmented per-branch tools with one digital backbone covering outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) management, pharmacy, lab, billing, and patient records.
At the core of the system is a digital patient record that follows the patient across any branch โ a doctor at one location can instantly access a patient's history, test results, and prescriptions from a visit at another branch, eliminating duplicated tests and miscommunication. AI-powered appointment scheduling balances doctor availability and patient demand across the network, dramatically cutting the wait times that had become a chronic complaint.
Pharmacy and lab modules are fully integrated into the patient workflow โ prescriptions generated during a consultation flow directly to the pharmacy queue, and lab orders sync automatically with results posting back to the patient's digital record the moment they're ready. A companion Flutter app gives patients visibility into their own appointments, test results, and billing, closing the loop between hospital operations and the patient experience.
