What We Set Out to Build

eLiquorWorks is a comprehensive liquor retail and inventory management platform for multi-location liquor chains. It unifies store operations, compliance tracking, supplier management, and customer-facing eCommerce into a single ecosystem โ€” replacing five disconnected systems with one source of truth for the entire business.

At its core, the platform tracks every bottle from warehouse to shelf across all five branches in real time, automatically flagging low stock before it becomes a lost sale and surfacing excess inventory before it becomes wastage. A dedicated compliance layer keeps excise licenses, renewal deadlines, and state-specific regulatory records in one searchable dashboard instead of a filing cabinet.

On top of inventory and compliance, we layered a self-service B2B ordering portal so licensed wholesale buyers could place and track orders without a phone call, and a sales analytics suite giving the owners branch-by-branch visibility they never had before. The result is a single operational backbone the head office can run the entire chain from.
