VitalHomoeos is a homeopathic clinic in Jaipur, India, led by Dr. Gaurav Dadhich — a specialist with 14+ years of experience in classical constitutional homeopathy. The clinic treats over 40 chronic conditions including thyroid disorders, diabetes, PCOD, skin conditions, and neurological issues. Dr. Dadhich's philosophy centers on treating root causes rather than symptoms, using 100% natural ingredients with zero side effects.
What We Set Out to Build
VitalHomoeos is a digital healthcare platform enabling the clinic to offer telemedicine consultations, appointment booking, and treatment tracking — accessible via web and mobile apps. The project scaled a walk-in-only clinic into a nationally reachable healthcare service with 24/7 digital access.
The platform is built around the patient journey end to end: a patient discovers the clinic through one of 40+ condition-specific landing pages, books an appointment with real-time doctor availability, pays online, and either visits in person or joins a live video consultation. After the visit, prescriptions and case notes land directly in their secure patient portal instead of a handwritten register.
For Dr. Dadhich, this meant a single dashboard to manage a patient base that grew from a 10km walk-in radius to patients booking from across India, supported by Flutter apps for iOS and Android that keep the relationship going between visits with reminders and push notifications.
