Kodago Analytics was built for a retail and eCommerce group operating across multiple brands, channels, and geographies. Their data was scattered across Shopify stores, a custom ERP, three ad platforms, a logistics provider, and a CRM — each with its own reporting interface. Leadership was making major decisions based on week-old CSV exports. They needed everything in one place, live.
What We Set Out to Build
Kodago Analytics is a real-time business intelligence platform that aggregates data from 10+ sources into a single live dashboard — giving business leaders, marketing teams, and operations managers a unified view of what is happening in their business right now, not last week.
The platform connects to eCommerce stores, CRMs, ad platforms, ERPs, and logistics APIs through a library of pre-built connectors. Once connected, data flows into a normalized warehouse layer and surfaces on customizable dashboards within minutes. No SQL required — a drag-and-drop report builder lets non-technical users build, schedule, and share any report without engineering support.
On top of reporting, a predictive layer surfaces AI-generated insights: demand forecasting, customer churn risk scores, and anomaly alerts that flag unusual drops in conversion or spikes in returns before they become problems. Mobile apps keep the executive team informed on the move with push alerts for KPI thresholds.
